Private Dining at Bear Branch Tavern

Bear Branch Tavern is equipped with multiple private and semi-private event spaces.

We do not charge a room fee; however, we do require a food and beverage minimum in order to make the space private and available.

Food and beverage minimums are set based on the capacity of the space, time of year, day of week and time of day. Typically we offer our private dining spaces in 3 hour blocks.

Food and beverage minimums do not include tax or gratuity and can be met by any combination of food and/or beverage dollars spent in your space during your allotted time.

The Bear Cage

The Bear Cage is a 3 season semi outdoor space that comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests in a private setting.
Seating is lounge style with a comfortable bench around the perimeter of the room and five low-top tables. Additional stool seating is available for your convenience. Guests in this room are typically looking for a more casual experience. This room features two heaters for the cold weather months, as well as operable windows on all four sides of the room that can be opened during the warm weather months. On one side, the room connects to our Main Bar allowing guests to order directly from one of our amazing bartenders.

The Entire Maple Room

The entire Maple Room is available for our larger groups of up to 120 who are looking for the best of both worlds. Groups in this space will have their own 24 seat marble bar with dedicated bar staff, high top communal cocktail space, traditional dining room seating, 9 HD screens and personalized audio options. During warmer months an entire wall can be opened up to make the space feel open-air and groups in this space will also have access to their own private covered patio.

The Maple Bar

Our Maple Bar is perfect for casual groups of up to 50 looking to enjoy a bar setting where guests can order directly from the bar, mingle and take advantage of operable windows giving the space an open-air feel while still enjoying the reassuring benefits of an indoor space.
This space is considered semi private and is comprised of bar space, high top communal cocktail tables, stool seating, 6 HD screens and tons of natural light.

The Maple Dining Room

The Maple Dining Room is ideal for groups of up to 50 that require traditional seating for their entire group. Groups in this space will enjoy full service tableside wait staff, 4 HD screens and tons of natural light.
This space is semi private and is comprised of traditional dining room tables & banquets allowing for a variety of floor plans and options.
